Sundays > Want to visit?
What to Expect
We are a community learning how to love who God created us to be, love others, and experience God’s love.
Vine & Branch Church strives to be a community of hospitality, inclusion, and most importantly belonging. We’ve outlined below what a typical Sunday looks like for us so you’ll be well prepared for what to expect.
Location & Parking
You can meet us at the Perch on Sundays at 4:30pm, 716 W Sycamore in Fayetteville, AR. If all the parking spots are filled, please park around the back. Make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter, follow us on social media, or have opted in to receive text messages from us as the best way to make sure we aren’t meeting in an alternate location.
Walking In
As you come in, you will see a welcome table where you can write your name and pronouns on a name tag, scan the QR code there for information (including how you can connect with us) as well as worship lyrics. You can also grab fidget toys and/or a sensory basket if you need help focusing during the service.
Safe & Inclusive Community
We affirm and celebrate people of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and abilities. You can expect to hear this reflected in our teachings and seen through our diverse Service Teams who make our services happen. We’d love to get to know you better and are intentional about connecting with new faces.
Casual Start Time & Attire
Our official gathering time starts at 4:30pm, but you’re welcome in any time after 4pm. As far as attire, our only requirement is that you wear clothes. We do not have any rules on what you should wear, so put on whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy.
Simple & Intentional Worship
The style of music we use during worship is a mix of contemporary and older hymns. We have a variety of talented musicians, so you will hear instruments from guitars to accordions to pianos. However, you won’t see any concert-style performances.
Kids Corner
We believe children are not just the future of the Church — they are an essential part of our community right now. Our kids bring joy, curiosity, and life to everything we do, and it’s our privilege to help them grow in faith, love, and purpose.
Kids Corner will meet the first three Sundays of each month, and kids will be incorporated into the adult worship/lesson in the fourth week of the month. Lessons are formed to be complimentary with the adult messages so that families can engage with the material together throughout the week. Kids’ class summaries and discussion points for parents will be in the learning guide each week.
Communion
We take communion together every Sunday and the table is open to all who come– regardless if it’s your first time or 100th time there. After the sermon, people will start to form a line down the aisle to take the gluten free bread and dip it in the grape juice. Most of the time you will go back to your seat, if we change it up, we will make sure to give directions.
