Introduction
This week we kick off our Summer Sunday gatherings. We’re going to be changing up the way we meet a little bit to emphasize each element of gathering time, connecting with God, connecting with self and connecting with others. While it is impossible to separate these three aspects, you might think of it as a play in three acts. Our teaching time is going to take a deep dive into understanding our emotions and the role they play in our lives and faith. I am excited about all this summer has to offer!

Hebrews 4:14-16 (NET) Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession. For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin.Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.
